Let the jackass' spout what they like, theres always a few wherever you go .. Ive always enjoyed Toon /Spurs games ..usually entertaining with good football being played and plenty of goals .. Do think this will be a tough one and a better guide to where we are as a team. Good game for Ben Arfa to start in .. My guts are going for a loss atm, but with a good performance from us

I fully expect the Newcastle game to be very tight indeed.

The match seldom produces draws, so I predict a win by the odd goal in three.

But I'm really not sure which team will walk away with all three points.

 

I hate Spurs nearly as much as Sunderland. There fans are all ****s and I hope we smash them this weekend. We usually do well against them.

 

They haven't won a league game at St James' since 2004 , don't know why they're so confident.

 

It's not until the 16th Jock, no club footy this w/e. We will win though.

I've never understand the messageboard animosity between our clubs, 606 was the same. There's no reason for it, and its never translated to actual games, just on here. It's certainly not a local thing since we're 300 miles away, I just think places like this can skew perceptions, like when we decided all Forest fans were dicks after a few were on old 606.

Should be a good game though, two teams who want to play the game properly. I'm hoping it comes down to the midfield because if Arry goes Sandro and Modric I think Tiote and Cabaye should be able to boss it. I'm terrified about the flanks though, our fullbacks need midfield support.

THFC6061, was it you who used to do previews for all games on 606? Nice to see some names pop up again.

 

Work in an office with 3 spuds supporters and all i ever get from them on monday mornings is that was a lucky win for your lot at the weekend and why dont you support a proper team
