We don’t know what’s going on though. Could be that Gooch said he didn’t have much left. There could be so many things.
Comfortable win. They never looked like scoring

Again, I’m over the moon with a win. But as with last game, we NEED to be killing these teams off. Any half decent team would be punishing us today and last Saturday.

I’m enjoying seeing this rotation of players we were promised for the game congestion in October..

excellent win should have been more comfortable but we look like a pretty good team.
Just need to find that spark up front

Our keeper had very little to do, Crewe are one of the better sides imo but we did just enough ...

... we needed to keep some in reserve for Saturday imo.

The best part of tonight was Ipswich being battered.

We've conceded the least amount of goals in the entire football league. Ha'way the sheet

Some fans slag off the mags for saying “Bruce is ****” even though he’s no worse than Rafa was in reality. Yet a large number of our fabs do exactly the same with Parkinson.

“why didn’t he bring x y or a on” he knows why. He has a game plan and it’s working. Long may it continue.

if he knows that Maguire and Gooch aren’t making the full game, he needs to play his cards accordingly. Not just bring on who we want him to cos we think we need to.

I’m very happy with how he’s done so far

Not having a goalscorer is going to cost us massively.

Think we are finding out that there aren't many half decent teams in this league.
Think he needs to start rotating the forwards see if he can come up with a spark from somewhere

lowest scoring team in the top ten, surely that fact alone should be a wake up call to PP We only won this one by an own goal, if we do nothing about it again this season it will be another one in this league, for those that say shut up and support the lads, i have supported my team since i can remember being on my father's shoulders at Roker Park as a nipper. That does not mean keep quiet when even a blind man and his dog could see we needed a striker, yet we got everything but.there are strikers without contracts out there, let's hope they get one, i don't know how many chances need to go begging before they realise the error of their ways.

Surprised at some negative comments. Played well, some excellent interchanges and we've started really creating chances whilst keeping yet another clean sheet.

I also think that against more attack minded teams we've got plenty of pace on the wing to exploit the additional space. Crewe only even thought about attacking in the last 10 minutes, yet we'd carved then open on countless occasions.

A very impressive performance I think, and once again Leadbitter shone in midfield with his composure on the ball and the way he pulls the strings. Him and the return of Wright have been a big positive for us going into this season compared to last.

The only negative for me is I cant remember the last time i saw a SAFC that is so poor at finishing. It was embarrassing at times tonight.
