To put 20 years into context:

    2000-01 Premier League

Man City, newly promoted, finished 18th and went straight back down, alongside Coventry and Bradford.

Ipswich finished 5th. Leeds finished 4th.

Also, since then, we: got into L2 playoffs and lost, then promoted from L2, then promoted from L1, then just survived the Championship, then we won the Champ playoffs, stayed in the PL for two seasons, came back down for a couple of seasons, got promoted again, stayed in the PL for another two seasons, got to the FA Cup Final and Europe, went back down, came straight back up, went back down again, then after a couple of seasons went back down to League One.

Where would they get relegated to as there will only be one European League. In fact how can it be called a European Premier League when there aren't any others?

First Premier League season - Man Utd Champions, Runners Up Aston Villa, third Norwich City, fourth Blackburn Rovers, fifth QPR, sixth Liverpool.

The reason why they said the big six were based on consecutive seasons in PL and not total seasons is that Newcastle and Villa have spent more seasons in it than Man City and one of the clubs given an enhanced vote West Ham.

you think they will have the same clubs competing in the league for 20 yrs ??? really ??? without any other clubs involvement, sorry mate but the newness would wear off, other clubs will be involved, its just the fat cats lining their pockets and ensure a minimum 20 year eat all you want buffet.

These clubs are self-entitled and think that it how things should be. The chairman of Juventus said Atalanta should not be allowed in the Champions League and their place should have gone to Milan who were way behind them in Serie A as they had a better history. They were On that basis 3 of our so-called Big Six would not be in as they have never won it, and unlike Villa and Forest twice.
Expect outrage from TWS fans saying they should be in it. <laugh>
