Good ...sanity. I just noticed this thread after watching the fight - while self isolating. I felt like what it must feel to experience gaslighting watching the fight; with the commentary - which turned very much critical but still had Ritson to unquestionably to win - and that decision!
So the so called judge who saw fit to give Ritson, Nine of the rounds is being investigated. He should be banned from officiating.
I'm not a cheat anymore, at least I think I'm not, or I'm not sure. Apparently, the judge was using his phone during the fight. Why would he do that.... Was he actually watching, as many have suggested he was up to no good. Did he stand to win money on Ritson. What am I on about, he's a cheat and the likes of us should by him through thick and thin. #cheats.guild
Bad night for the areas boxing lads. Laws got absolutely tanned - as soon as the body shot sunk in, he just started winging bombs in hope. He needed to get behind a jab for a couple of rounds. Lacks technical skills to go very far. That lad was very heavy handed. Ritson got so lucky. I couldn't believe it, and could believe even less his corner were convinced he'd won. The lad boxed his head off for me, I didn't even have it close. Scrappy affair but the quality was all Vasquez. One of the judges being on his mobile phone while he was meant to be scoring obviously didn't look very good...
Tommy ward too he was 26 - 0 got a but and it went to the cards.. Got a draw.. Could've been worse I suppose.. He's much more likely to win a world title that ritson, but for some reason nobody knows about him
