Either way, if there is a rule stating that then I think it's something that should be changed as those sorts of challenges should be punished regardless of whether the ball's in play or not.

can only be changed at end of season. But I’m sure a petition is in process for the Government to review and have all Everton players flogged within an in of their wives.
