Excellent performance. Love the 3 in midfield. And proper attacking wingbacks. I know Wyke scored but if we had a forward With pace we’d be a very good team

It's days like these that no matter what's going on behind closed doors and with the team actually playing well, I love this club

TBH, it didn't look like we broke sweat there.

It wasn't an exciting game but we seemed to have a good spirit and Leadbitter kept things at the right tempo.

Crewe on Tuesday should be a game we'll take 3 points from ...

... two defenders coming in and Diamond looking like he's confident.

Wouldn't mind Hume back though tbh.

And that was a penalty. Solid defence is biggest positive so far, imo.

Buzzing with a win but don’t think we played particularly great considering how awful Swindon were. With a half decent striker and a decent creative CM we would have won that 5-0.

well, 2-0 away i will take that...sort of game i would like to give the lads all high marks but for the fact that swindon made it easy for us, that said it was a solid performance and for a change i cannot say any player let us or himself down.

once again though, top marks to onien, once again nowhere near his fave position yet once again he did his job well, don't know what it is about him but what he obviously lacks in experience he more than makes up for simply by WANTING to do well, positional sense is decent as well...sums up what we as fans like from our players...big mistake as i really think he was lucky with that penalty call, he did move his leg in front of the player but it was all a bit 'slo-mo', pretty sure if VAR was there it would have been given...maguire, bit of a tw@t really but he is our tw@t and he drew that penalty nicely, once the lad dived into the tackle the ref had little choice, really really good at winding the opposition up but his overall play isa massive help to the team.

up till now i have stopped myself from throwing praise at our defence but today might just start to sway me...no one really diving into anything, no great panic when swindon got the ball in/around the box, just got bodies in the way and... well... defended.
helped by what i thought was yet another sterling game by leadbitter, his cheeky early shot deserved a goal and he was ably assisted by power, scowen a little quiet but there when needed.

I agree mate, gives a team confidence.

Scoring lots, but not trusting your defence, can end in tears as Chelsea just proved.

If you keep losing leads it creates divisions in the dressing room.

Diamond and Hume would be my first choice at wing back and O/9 would stay in the back 3 the boy is brilliant and worth his weight in gold.
