We are pretty hard to break down so far which makes up for the lack of goals. On balance thought we were worth the win, it's just no that exciting to watch at the moment. Have a good w/e all & thanks for your company.

Had to chuckle at Aidy Boothroyd's summing up - "If I were a Watford fan..." not 20 seconds after saying "We were playing out of defence and sweeping upfield..."
Aidy didn't look too well - maybe suffering a bit with the pressure of the England job and general circumstances?
Never noticed before, but wasn't Wilmot's run before and after passing him the ball impressive? It seemed to open a hole in their defence.
I guess we are used to him being full of energy and passion so to speak. Maybe there was just one camera angle too!!
Yes I thought he looked very subdued, in fact at first I did not know who he was until his name came up. Hope he is ok.
Relegation, behind closed doors games & the uncertain economy have made this a really difficult period for #watfordfc. I believe it’s been handled admirably and as a supporter I’m grateful that we’ve got what looks like a great squad at our disposal, lead by a superb Head Coach. Ivić deserves immense credit for steadying the ship during a tumultuous and uncertain few months. He’s delivered an organised and disciplined #watfordfc side - to concede just once (via a deflection) in 5 league games is a fabulous achievement. With players coming back from suspension and injury, Ivić will have more quality and experience at his disposal, hopefully allowing for a proper challenge at the top of the Championship. I’m excited to see what Vlad and the #watfordfc class of 20/21 can deliver. Bring it on. The view of Rookery Mike.
