I think we should start with a completely new back 4 today Gunter. Famewo. Inniss. Maarten. There is no need to play Pratley at the back today if the new defenders are fit.
The team I would pick. Amos Gunter - Inniss - Famewo - Maatsen Shinnie - Watson Maddison - Doughty Bogle - Washington Subs AWB, Pratley, Williams, Levitt, Aneke, Purrington, Smyth I don't know if Bogle and Maddison are fit enough yet. He may play them for an hour.
There are plenty of games coming up for the newbies to get bedded in, and I'm looking forward to finding out what they're like, until then I've got an open mind. But getting a squad together as quickly as this is quite an achievement. The next part is building up team spirit, and that is Bowyer's strength. He's done itbefore and he'll do it again.
Pleased with the transfer window generally, we needed bodies and we got them. Maddison, Williams & Doughty could tear up League 1 if fit. The only mystery is up front, but I look forward to seeing Bogle prove me wrong.
