Arsene as said a few things recently, think he's losing the plot!

 

Didnt JWH come out and say there was a 40m release clause in his contract but Liverpool just flat out rejected the bid though even though they were then breaching suarez contract in letting him speak to arsenal.

I know in Spain you don’t even need to bid to the club, you just pay la liga the money and that’s it, but guessing it maybe is different here.
