How do you know people are reading my posts? Do you have a special app that tells you this, maybe the same app that enables you to tell who is telling the truth or not (very handy if you're ever on Jury service) Just ignore what I write then it wont get to you, geez man it's not rocket science so don't be a masochist.

Just to add, this is a Covid thread, but just to keep you happy: I think we will win our next three games.

    Happy now?

    I just read it.

I disagree with nearly all of it, but that's not a problem. Forums are all about different opinions.
There is no potentially harmful content in my view.

Don't want to be pedantic, but unlike me you must have read it to know that it's nonsensical drivel.

I haven't read what he has written recently, because I have blocked him, but I have read what he has written in the past. It is a lot of pseudo intellectual ****e.

Dick, you can be a nice guy when you want, and whatever I write should not cause you grief. I'm nobody, if you think everything I write is drivel, have a good laugh about it.

    I wish you well.

I'm not one of those who puts down Liverpool and scousers for the sake of it, but this does not reflect well on them...

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-merseyside-54535481

Apparently their intensive care capacity is over 90% full with COVID19 cases already.
    Have some common sense people...

People are people, you cannot put them in regional boxes. I understand the fear, but the young have bravado and will always rebel whatever the era.

There's nowt so queer as folk.

(translation: there is nothing as strange as people. Presumably compared to whippets).

<wah> TV light entertainment suffers another crushing blow...

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/entertainment-arts-54537761

Best wishes for a full recovery to anybody who has caught Coronavirus, but I hardly think the halting of this bubblegum nonsense is headline news...
Apparently somebody filming the BGT Xmas special has got it too, so that's buggered as well for now.
It would be ironic if it's that bald bloke.

I'd post a picture of Kenny Everett doing his 'Angry of Mayfair' turn, but I can't be arsed.

I think it's the end of "Reality Shows" (oxymoron) as we will all learn new values, or reclaim old ones that we thought weren't cool anymore. Time to live a more spiritual life, as expectations of our own progress have been too material based of late. Only my opinion, but too often I am only left with dreams when nobody listens.

Reality TV is absolute crap in my opinion. No redeeming features whatsoever and I can't say I've ever watched more than a few minutes of any of it.

I know this is off-topic (I believe there is a TV thread somewhere, probably down on page 10 or similar).
But I'd rather watch documentaries about nature, like those ones David Attenborough does so well, than sit through any guff about plebs desperately wanting to be slebs.

And how surprised the judges were when Susan Boyle sang, completely forgetting that they had heard her on video just the day before. Fake tears, dead Grannies...makes you want to puke. I must admit to having watched The Voice.

Coronavirus has led to Nestle being unable to include a chocolate caramel sweet among its Quality Street range this Christmas :emoticon-0104-surpr

This has led to a furious social media backlash <laugh>

Pointless for us on two counts. We've had it, and there's no mobile reception.

Manchester say they are not going to close pubs and restaurants. That's a lot of arrests.
