the average shelf life of a CEO is 5 to 6 years to ensure the company doesn’t grow stale and renews company vision, goals etc

You are deluded if you think that Celtics business model is any more sustainable than Rangers is at the moment. It's reliant on CL monies being available. That's not been the case now for two seasons. 80/90 million running costs means you better hope French Eddie sells and you get a good result in the courts otherwise...Cevco!
