If he went on the outside just a few more times, defenders would be at sixes and sevens. It must be quite easy for a modern coach or analyst to tell a defender what Redders does. That said, if that spark ignites....
Agreed FLT - he is predictable. He has never struck me as an intelligent player, the more time he has to think; the more predictable he is, which is cutting inside looking for space. Not an instinctive player. He does have his moments, but when weighed up against his overall play, never quite the final product we thought he might be. However, if he were that good, he would have been taken by a bigger club.
The worrying thing about Redders is as mentioned, the predictability. Despite the considerable time and effort they Ralph must’ve invested in him, he just seems like he’s either not capable of changing how he does things or he chooses to play in a very one dimensional way. Maybe some time as a sub would help him realise that with his form currently he shouldn’t be a nailed on starter and he might have to start changing something. Sadly, when his form drops, it exposes the lack of strength in depth of the squad.
Newcastle United, West Ham United and Crystal Palace have enquired about signing 31-year-old former England winger Theo Walcott on loan from Everton From BBC Sport
He is absolutely right for WHU.... used to be good but now passed it and will cost a fortune in wages. Will fit in well there
Farewell my Sophie Ann With your wonderful box of tricks, I thought that you’d make us, With skills to move a parked bus But alas no game run of six...
Farewell sweet prince A massive shame it never worked out here, probably the most naturally talented player I’ve ever seen at Saints.
If we managed to sign Diallo, and make use of both loan options and bring in RLC and an attacking creative player to replace Boufal then it will be a very good window. Especially considering we’ve managed to get so many off the books too. Just Carillo (Release) and Gunn (Loan) to go. Of course you never know how incomings will do, but on the face of it, very positive!
