Just passing on the link , I'll see if I can find one without the bullshit pens against us next time Smithy
Can you get a "vulture watch" list ready for the transfer thread tomorrow morning once the EL FT dust settles.
Nice win in the end. Big confidence booster. Hopefully this group stage dough helps pay for Skriniar now. Bag him (as well as securing Vinícius) and this is, without doubt, the best window Spurs have had in as long as I can remember.
Ranger and Celtic are both in the group stage, as are the other Israeli team in this round, Hapoel Be'er Sheva. Milan have gone into extra-time against Rio Ave of Portugal and have just gone 2-1 down. Shame....
Exactly...I’d take a long hard look at myself...then it’s down to my pride as to how I react. fair play to Ndombele and it seems Dele too for not sulking and facing the challenge...but with Dele...he’s got to do it again because we have seen him have a boost then fall away in the past props to Jose for team management this week. He may get criticism for keeping Kane on from a few but you can imagine Kane fancying a hatrick and Jose giving his superstar what he wants...that’s man management for me and Kane now will be on a high.
I'm enjoying seeing Spurs playing like a unit again - great team work and they obviously want to play for the team and the manager. Not just today but the past month.
If everyone's fit and this is our first XI: Lloris; Doherty, Dier, Alderweireld, Reguilon; Ndombele, Hojbjerg, Lo Celso; Bale, Kane, Son. Then what's our second XI for the Europa? Hart; Aurier, Sanchez, Tanganga, Davies; Sissoko, Winks; Moura, Alli, Bergwijn; Vinicius? Who've I missed?
Strange matchm we might have scored a dozen not sure how Bergwyn didn't get at least one, but even when we were 3 up it never looked comfortable, Hart had a decent game, but I think that we were far too open, but made for a great spectacle and we are now through. I believe in terms of UEFA co-efficient we are the highest ranked club in the tournament! Must make us favourites lol (sorry in advance Colin, but it is tongue in cheek!)
Looking at the wider picture, the good news is that a.) The following teams have already been knocked out: Wolfsburg, Sporting Lisbon, Galatasaray, FC Basel b.) The following away trips won't be happening: Ararat-Armenia, KI Klaksvik, FC Flora, KuPS Kuopio, FK Sarajevo, Tirana, Malmo, Rosenborg The bad news, however, is that a.) The following teams haven't been knocked out: Young Boys b.) The following away trips will be happening: Qarabag, CFR Cluj, Slovan Liberec, HNK Rijeka, CSKA Sofia c.) The following away trips won't be happening: FC Kobenhavn, Viktoria Plzen
