Dele has been dogshit for almost 3 years....2 of them under Poncho But you’re one of them fans...scared of pots and more interested in romance than results. Jose is a winner...one of the greatest managers you will ever see...just accept it or cry about it actually cry about it, that’s funnier
I’d love to see Saints win a pot. I’d love to see England win a pot. Fat ****ing chance of either, you may say, but that doesn’t mean I don’t live in hope. I’m not crying about Spurs mate - these are tears of laughter...
you’re bias against Jose blinds you bro I’m glad for what Poch done but I can already see why Jose is a serial winner and Poch is well Poch...cuddly wuddly Poch who wants to put incense sticks on all over Hotspur way and be daddy to Dele and few others. We have a certain section of our fan base who are like that too..they pander for Poch...it’s pathetic
I agree that they’re dealing with this second wave in the wrong way, but like it or not it’s a virus that is killing people all over the world, not fake.
I know mate, was being deliberately obtuse Think we need a suggestive band names thread? ... I'll do it ...
In all seriousness, putting the piss takes to one side for a minute; I think Pochettino did a brilliant job with you, but had obviously taken you as far as he could, at least without significant support in the transfer market. I have no axe to grind with Jose, at least he's amusing. His record obviously speaks for itself, but I think he's yesterday's man. Ironic that Jose gets the backing Poch but didn't. Means **** all to me though.
At the same time Jose had the top gigs with the most cash available ! Now hes at a smaller club it is showing !
what’s showing? nothing is showing apart from everyone’s hyperbole surrounding the guy...he’s doing fine and we have had an active transfer window...not perfect but that’s the case for every club it seems. The man hasnt been in the job for a year yet either...and only3 games into the new season
Yeh but mate how many other rock gods are there out there for you to choose from or even find? Could end up you taking even longer to get the band together.
I agree with a lot of that, but I never get the "yesterday's man" tag given to him. If it's about him personally losing the hunger he had 7/8+ years ago I would probably agree with that, but if it's about his football being outdated I think that's a media narrative people are lazily latching on to and it's gained traction without much thought.
10 behind the ball, lump it to a world class striker is outdated tactics fella. Worked pretty well against us last week though tbf. Ralph Hasenhuttl outthought by a dinosaur, won’t happen again I’m sure.
shouldn’t you be more concerned with why your manager carried on playing such a high line like your a half decent outfit? and then proceeded to watch on helpless as Son and Kane totally annihilated your defence? but no...you’re more concerned about why Jose’s team scored 5 goals with his ‘outdated’ tactic Lol
But that's not all his game's about is it? If you believe that, you haven't watched his tactics over the last 15 years at some of the best clubs in the world. He wouldn't have won anywhere near what he has if that's all he did. For me, he's lost his hunger, his aggressive nature. I think in large part that happened at United when the media turned on him and his self-reflection caused him to change tack. Something he himself admitted. I don't think that was a wise move for an egomaniac like Jose, he's not been the same since. Tactically he still has it in him, if he can find that eye of the tiger again.
We played right into your hands that day, no doubt. Four times it came down to Son against Jan Bednarek, with loads of space in behind, and four times son took advantage. Suicide from us, but I wouldn't swap Ralph H for Jose, not in a million years.
The common cold kills people all over the world, is highly infectious, and there is no cure for it. Why don’t we declare a pandemic for the common cold? Answer: It is dangerous only to the most vulnerable, deaths worldwide are manageable, and the cost of imposing restrictions to try to control something that cannot be stopped would be disproportionate. Sound familiar? In a world of seven billion people, only a million are alleged to have died. That’s 0.014% of the world’s population. Vastly more people die during a flu pandemic, of which there have been many in recent decades, the last one being in 2018. The reaction of our Government to this current pandemic is wholly disproportionate.
