An executive director is an employee who has management responsibilities normally, a non exec is simply a board member, so the finance director would be an executive director, the chairman a non exec in v simple terms.
From what I remember from the Foundation of Light video that both he and Dave Jones were on, Tom Slones involved with the commercial side with Dave Jones dealing with recruitment.
TBH the bit in bold isn't true - he said he didn't know who it was. He didn't say he doesn't know who it isn't. Both their "stories" add up.
I agree. They went through Due diligence and have not been paid back any of their 10m. All of this is way to down the line for a name from nowhere to suddenly come out imo
I was always hoping it was the Yanks. Unless Sartori or his FIL are stumping up I havent heard anybody elses name who would have the funds to take us back to the Prem. Not saying there isnt anybody just back on edge now.

I know one of the earlier rumours was that it was just Sartori and Methven basically buying Donald out. I never fully bought it though because Sartori seems so incredibly hands off (and still seems interested in doing the whole politics thing in Uruguay) and I don't think Methven has much money (not enough to be able to buy a good chunk of Donald's shares) . The way its going I can't help but think this is what some are hinting at though. In theory fpp would likely sign off on it, the loan could stay in place and they might think we've more chance of succeeding with Donald out of the picture. It would be an absolutely massive anticlimax though. Like many, I don't think we should be relying on a previously absent sartori and a bloke who is well known to pretty much despise the fans! Mind, and I'm just thinking out loud here, if it was just them there'd have been no need for exclusivity since they've got access to all the financials anyway. They've also gone through the fit and proper persons test already. Surely even with worries about Covid it couldn't take this long to reach an agreement. There must be someone else coming in, but if it isn't FPP then I'm at a loss!
Yes - there is still a pretty plausible scenario here which is that it's simply Sartori buying Donald's shares off him and FPP's only involvement has been Sartori paying them off (assuming Sartori is purchasing Madrox as opposed to SAFC). That would leave Sartori 94% and Methven 6% as an almost silent sleeping partner - which would ring true with the rumours of him refusing to go.
Or exactly what you've said but FPP staying involved through the loan. Would still be massively disappointing but a tiny bit encouraging if they don't pay them off. If it's just sartori and Methven, and FPP get paid off, I'll be ****ing sick tbh

Personal don’t believe Sartori is rich enough to do it on his own with just CM the only other out come I’ve heard other then then GF buying SD out Is whispers of a full blown takeover by FPP
