I wanted to say during the game but didnt want to jinx, we have not let any goals in yet this season from open play. Obviously need to improve on the attacking front but good foundation.
Need to step it up a fair bit. They were a good side and will be up there at the end of the season. Not sure our deficiencies of power and pace have been addressed. Defence looks solid but not convinced about the keeper. Hume developing nicely. (should be worth a few quid in January )
It's always tense following this club. Great three points which all that matters really. Big calls for Scowan to play, haven't seen the game but comments suggest he had poor game, as did most mind. Well done young Hume, time to give some other youngsters a go surely PP has to see it, pace is lethal in this league.

Massive win. Will get lost so early in season but these games come the reckoning are the ones that make the difference 2 clean sheets in a row as well. Credit to a Burge for the first 20 mins after the start he’s had.
6 points from the last 2 games against promotion rivals exellent return !. Leadbitter our man of the match scored and cleared off the line. Dembelle their player though exellent.
well, let's hope that was our 'play ****e and scrape a win' game for the first couple of months. wyke...when a player constantly fouls his way out of trouble he is finished in my eyes, no pace, no fight, no passion...the problem then is parky, i imagine him being the same with D.I.Y. 'i have been trying to knock this 6" nail in for 65 minutes with this haddock, there is not much left of the haddock...i know, i will try a different nail' maybe if wyke/o'brien/graham actually expected some decent service they might just look a little sharper, who knows as i doubt we are going to find out in a hurry. onto a bit of a bogey team next and hopefully the team can be sharper, they will need to be.
Personally thought was a free kick to them but **** them the amount of times we’ve been fiddled by refs last couple years they can choke on my chopper.
