Match Preview; Neil Warnock managed his side remotely on Saturday against Bournemouth, but still managed to make a key substitution, bringing on Browne in the 69th minute for him to equalize on the 81st minute. That was their first point after an opening day loss to Watford on Friday night, in front of the sky cameras. Looking through their squad, I notice Grant Hall has gone straight into their starting line up...and Ravel Morrison has just left. Ashley Fletcher has already scored two this season (although they were both in a League Cup win over Shrewsbury Town), but otherwise they have only scored 1 in 2 league games. Enjoy those who are watching, and (as Steels has pointed out that Warnock is working from home due to Coronavirus...) if anyone works in telecommunication and can shut the network down in Cornwall for a few hours on Saturday afternoon, that'd be great. I'll add team news when it is up, and others can add what they know... COME ON YOU SUPER HOOPSA!!!
Never managed to attend a game against Boro but was very impressed with their performance 2005/2006 in the Euroleague. We should win this if we manage to repeat last weeks decent performance in the first half. 2-1
somewhat distracted by Kiwi's photos. 3 points would be good. Another carefully placed penalty....straight down the middle....hit with power....taking keeper with it would be very good
Not sure what game you watched last week mate but I thought our first half performance was one of the most negative I've seen in a while. Here's hoping for some forward passing .
Honestly, I thought that we totally dominated Coventry but lost track after our 1-0. 2nd half was a desaster but I was only referring to the 1st one.
We didn't create anything in the first half bar the penalty It's great to have all the possession if you're winning and need to stifle the opposition Deadly dull if you just do it to rack up your passes completed stat
You are right that we didn´t create a lot in the 1st half but I quite enjoyed watching our play. What´s the reason in watching football if it is not enjoyable - and of course scoring more goals than the opposite team. I do not care a lot for our position in the table unless it is top 6 or bottom 3. So I am hoping for another pleasant display, lot´s of goals and 3 points for the R´s.
Please also play decisive football Please score a number of goals Please could we have a clean sheet Colin will not be there as he is isolating after a positive Covid test. I have not heard if he is ill or not. Anyone know?
I doubt that we will see Dieng in the starting eleven, but I hope that he will be promoted to the bench. I would like to see “the Finn” at left back, Chair in the central no.10 position and Thomas in the left offensive midfield position. I hope that Ball will replace Cameron in the holding role, and he may be partnered by Amos (or Carrol).
