I think his ACL problems were 2 to 3 years ago. Fine since.

 

Not really, as his knee troubles were in the 2016-17 and 2017-18 seasons, but since then he was injury-free in 2018-19

Last season does look a bit more problematic on paper, as he had three different injuries, but the groin strain came in pre-season so I'm tempted to lay at the door of Napoli's training/medical staff, I can't comment on the unspecified "muscle injury", while the third was a knock that was sorted in under a week

I think part of the reason these have suddenly been highlighted was, while a month ago most fans would've leapt on signing Milik due to being Another Striker, since then Wout Weghorst crept into the mix and that's another player for fans to hype themselves up over, especially since Weghorst is a boss in FIFA

In other words, we should have made a more concrete offer for David Brooks a couple of years ago so we don't have to keep hearing about Jack ****ing Grealish every transfer window...
