The reality is though, say ‘£25 million with risk’

Say you pour in another £150 million and get us back to PL, you then have a guaranteed income over £200million a year.

Investors and billionaires are all over that kinda thing, that’s why so many are in the game now.

That initial investment is safe if the club is well managed financially outside the PL.

Anyone buying a big club in L1 will be thinking long term.

Sorry. Basically meant you’ve heard from someone your version of what’s happening (along with others), and I’ve heard mine. I just think it’s all a ploy to murky the waters. SD doesn’t really know if he’s batting or bowling and grasping for any cliff edge he can get. It’s crazy how you can be so adamant that theft skis are happening and sake is close and I’m so Adamant they aren’t... Its going to blow up in SD’s face in 3 weeks time

Buying SAFC at those kind of prices is no risk at all if its managed even half decently.

But as I’ve tried to say to sandy camel in the past, SD is the one who is leaking the news/rumour, possibly by a third party. I’ve still been told SD is NB’s source, but again it could be via a 3rd party (NF).

I completely trust the person who told me he was offered it, felt he was over a barrel due to the reaction if FPP walked completely, so felt he had to take it to try and keep them at the table. The fact they were an ideal future buyer and a source, potentially, of plenty additional funding down the line won't have escaped his notice either.

We know for a fact that in 18/19 the club would have made £9m profit if not for the writing off of the parachute payment debt. With cost cutting ongoing and a further parachute payment in 19/20 I fail to see how things could have got so bad by November 19 that they desperately needed a £9m loan, especially when the possibility was there for them to simply feed some of the parachute money back in without having £1m interest to consider and without anyone else getting a say in whether they can sell the club. It might be wrong like , but the accounts for 18/19 don't support needing a loan in 19/20

Fair enough you could be right. I've heard it's coming from Methven which makes more sense to me, but who knows! I think we have heard largely similar things, but this is definitely a bit we differ on!

Pure embarrassment. Basically confirmed that he didn’t have a pot to piss in and needed a hand out. Stt Think this was a CM quote though, but SD confirmed it in his sin interviews

The loan was also to take the club over bit by bit every time we got promoted, in the end it Would of been 75% FPP 25% Donald

It's not really a 'version' tbf.

I've been told, from someone way out of my league and with no need to impress me, that Fuhrman wants a resolution.

That's not just gossip as far as I'm concerned.

It's from the same camp as the chap who told me about Ashley sacking off Staveley, the first time, a month before it happened.

I posted blow by blow details on here, in real time, if you want to check.

No. I never insisted nothing was happening. They have SD by the balls with the loan, first refusal, Covid, SD’s lack of funds etc. Whet I said, and the reason I found this page, was the screen shot from Magnus regarding the % breakdown and the sale being discussed at an advance stage. That’s what I said wasn’t happening. I’ve already stated previous And I’ve tried to explain a similar question about 3 weeks ago. SD knows he needs to leave. He knew it from day one of waking through the door, but he wasn’t going to Leave unless his price was met. He will have had discussions (brief) with possibly a few parties, but nothing with FPP In detail since Christmas at best, as nothings changing (as I’ve been told). They are just waiting, and I’ve used the term before, giving SD more and more rope till he does the inevitable and they take over... at a ridiculously lower price than SD wants

I'm not being rude but that's nowhere near as insistent and clear as you were being.

You said you had info from a very good source but this post is supposition and opinion.

Nothing wrong with that unless you state opinion as fact as Kittens invariably did.

No concrete talks (if any) have been happening referring to takeover talks since the RAWA meeting or the NB’s tweet is what I’ve been told
