There have been 29 Supreme Court nominations in election year. The Constitution does not differentiate on which year of the presidency the President can nominate. What it boils down to is that the Republicans are completely entitled to do it BUT the Democrats don't like it so are throwing their toys out of the pram AGAIN. Some of the commentary coming from the real team running the presidential candidates, Bernie Sanders, AOC, Pelosi... Is ridiculous. The Ginsburg quote is from her Granddaughter. It's hearsay from someone who worked on Hillary's campaign in 2016.

Asked at a May 2019 appearance in his home state what he would do if a Supreme Court justice died the next year, creating a vacancy on the nine-member court, McConnell responded immediately: “Oh, we’d fill it.” The main difference? Unlike 2016, when the White House and Senate were controlled by different parties, both are now under Republican control, McConnell said. In summary "tough sh*t"
I agree they have the right and as I said the numbers to get their nomination through. Have you noticed the elephant in the room yet?
You know how it works chesh, or at least you should do by now. Us rich kids get bullied like billy-o at school...after that it's payback time on the plebs in society for all eternity. Think of it as the ying and yang of an education for the privileged. Makes you proud to be British doesn't it
I was at a school without any privaliged rich kids, the black kids weren't the black kids, they were just kids, that's why,we all grew up with equality. Inner city grammar schools or private schools, you can keep them.
My school... If you were lucky you had a gola or puma sports bag to take your stuff to school, if you were really lucky it would be a Leeds United bag If you were not so lucky a Tesco carrier bag. One new kid had a brief case, it ended up in the lake and he followed it shortly after. My old school was terrible for bullying and full of kids who are probably dead or banged up now. Can’t say I enjoyed school or learnt too much whilst there.
