I understand that the Government wants to try and stop a second spike and to bring down the R number but if you have been in the pub all day and got totally sh.it faced how are you miraculously meant to avoid Coronavirus if you head home at 10pm instead of 11pm? Do the bugs only come out late at night?

I agree, and all the time they do this, other ailments go untreated and/or undiagnosed, and the deaths from other things, such as diseases and suicide increase, as does poverty and unemployment, building up bigger problems for the future.

 

Was the only way at the time, gain herd immunity during the summer, protect the vulnerable but now we are going for the rushed vaccine route with it's probably 40% - 60% success rate for a virus that is survivable for 99.8% of humanity..
