In the tunnel according to caulkin who writes for the Times. Saying "They're in this together"

Love Niall but it the board are happy with that we are f***ed!!! Simple as that.

Another shambles today when we needed to win.

It won't be. If we played one good minute in 90, it would be enough to save him. The sad thing is, Niall can't see that it's weakening his own credibility now.

The one time in football you should not be sloppy, or unfocussed, is the start of a game.

    2-0 down after 5 mins?

At my age I could have kept things tight for the first 5 minutes.

My worst fears regarding Turner, I'm sorry to say, were realised...He has just lost it since his injury, and in my opinion should hang up his boots...Well done to the lads for getting back into the game in very difficult circumstances, and in the end probably deserved all three points; but boy did they make it hard for themselves at the start...

Bendtner was outstanding but he needs a partner. Sess is NOT a striker, and someone needs to tell him that he is allowed to shoot

Never rated Turner myself MrR but like you say coming back from an injury definitely wasn't too pleased to see him starting.

It's a long, long, long season ahead of us.

Apart from the result not being to my liking and probably not doing my ticker much good either, I thought the first half was bloody good entertainment value...

    Mr White

I don't want us there to play pretty, ineffective football and be down amongst the dead men. We need results. I demand winners and points.

What is the point anyway? Success in a lower division?

No thanks. We are NOT wigan, West Brom, Stoke, Norwich, Blackburn, etc , etc.

    This is wrong!

Look at what Murray gave us, Reid, The Irish guys, Keane.

    SAFC DESERVE BETTER.

i would be very disappointed in quinny if this was true. we did excellent to get back into the game but we cant afford to give teams a 2 nil head start especially the better teams who wont allow us to get back into the game that easily. for me cattermole was sh**e again today and was lucky to stay on the pitch. as soon as we went 2 down you could see what he was going to do and that was to just dive into tackles and he is just a liability. i dont understand why we struggled 2nd half to create any clear cut chances and at one point was confused about who was playing where cos at first when ji came on it seemed that bruce had made sense for once by moving larrson to the right sess to the left and ji was up front but then ji was on the left and sess was everywhere but the left!!
i hate to say this but if quinn loves bruce soo much that he cant see how bad he is maybe short will have to get rid of the both of them?!
