If the score stays the same or, perish the thought, we get beat; the following are unacceptable as excuses.... a - the "Titus thing" b - playing last Monday c - WBA are a tidy, organised team d - Turner was caught cold in his first start e - still gelling x
Who is to blame for the 2 goals then? You cant say it was Bruce's tactics or game plan.... the goals came from Turner errors, and Oshea has been covering for him ever since, which has left us weak down that side (all WBA chances have come from there). Was Bruce wrong to pick turner? possibly, but who would he have picked instead? Laing?
If you can not beat West Brom at home you have to expect to be under pressure. Totally disappointing result today
I think the correct decision would have been to move O'shea into CB and play Elmo at RB, Sess at LM, Larsson at RM and Ji up front. Granted, Elmo isn't the best defender going around, but he is a better option than a slow ass Turner that hasn't played in 12 months.
??????? I wish i knew mate....i'd be a rich premirship club owner, with **** all better to spend my dosh on..
