    Thought we were better second half. They gave us the runaround for 10 minutes after they got their second, but thought we got control back near the end. Neither manager will be happy with the defending but some good goals too.

    Relief to have those first 3 points.

    Think our manager will be happier than theirs - not just for the score, but the fact that Bielsa expects to lose goals due to his attacking play. Parkie won't be happy at all, I'm guessing.

    Btw, was that our first yellow?

    Delighted with the win and the points but not sure I can take the stress over an entire season. I love Bielsa's footballing philosophy but how can we end up hanging on for a victory when we were 4-1 up? And as for taking a quick free kick when there are 2 minutes of injury time left, why? We have to tighten up at the back and manage games better.

    Still, great to get the win and to see Paddy on the scoresheet again. Thought Costa had an excellent game too.

    Roberts surprised me. Looked interested & was all over the place. Not quite Bamford, but a striker playing as a striker, instead of an enforced #10.

    No we weren't poor, end to end, that's how all our games will be this season, there's no crap teams in the prem, more than happy with first 2 games, and most important we have our first win.

    Afternoon all. I ended up watching the 2nd half on a Portuguese stream (it sounded Russian) which was fun.
