The match thread was on your forum. Don't blame me for your whining.

This is Ray. Chatted to him on the bus to the ground a few times. Really lovely fella. Always cheers me up as he is always so happy and cheerful.

Having read a bit of this Hull drivel about Leeds supporters in East Yorkshire rubbish. I can't remember ever having heard any Leeds fans complain about somebody from Leeds and surrounding areas being a plastic by supporting Hull. Strange that, don't you think?

Yes that's the guy, sure it's the same guy on tv, although it now says he's in London. I gave him a lift a couple of times, up to Leeds, he never asked for money get in, he got that elsewhere.

There lots of stories about him getting tickets. One was, at one game in London he waited for the team bus to pull up and as the players got off he took one of the players bags from him and said 'porter sir, let me carry your bag' once inside he explained he hadnt got a ticket and wondered if any of the players had a spare, one duly obliged. Apparently one of the players in the 80's took a real shine to him and got him a ticket for most away games. He'd meet the team bus on arrival
after hitch hiking to wherever the game was.
Real character. Unfortunately he took a really bad kicking off a gang of brave souls after a game in the 90's, really knocked him about for a couple of years, some say he wasn't the same bloke after.

Possibly Vinny Jones with tickets in the 80s,he would always come outside the ground with any spares he had.
