That takes me back. I remember standing in the local chippy in the queue with the now Mrs Fats, trying to work out what Pey Wet was!! Kids kept ordering it.

As for the rest, it’s all true Baby’shed n all and when I first moved up there I had just finished playing football and more like Trimletiss.... 5 years later.....

Bloke next to me on the train pulled out a photo of his wife and said, “She’s beautiful isn’t she?”

My youngest girl got her first full-time job today - managed to get an apprenticeship with a company that does ballistics testing. There's also some public shooting ranges and a gun shop...seems funny considering she left school last year and went to college to study hair and Media make-up
Really proud of her, as there's not many good or interesting opportunities for 17 year old's around here.

 

Good for her! My lad has just finished year 1 of his apprenticeship and is loving it. He is studying too (work paying) and despite our initial concern that he didn’t want to go to Uni, he has definitely found his thing.

My daughter moved to London this week to start dance/performance college. Proud of her too. Fearless.

The framework is cotton and involves being immersed in the salt lake, at the right time, for a few days, before being sun dried.
