Not sure PP will change much, he'll obviously need to replace Dobson but it could easily be Leadbitter as much as it could be Scowen. He'll probably pick Leadbitter just to make sure he pisses enough of us off, the rest will probably stay the same. Maybe Wyke instead of O'Brien or Grigg as well

If it was me, I'd ditch this 3 centre backs stuff and play a 433 with one sitting in midfield and two pressing. We should have the players in the squad to do that. Then, up top I'd play O'Brien through the middle with Maguire, for his guile, and maybe Diamond to run at people at frighten them. Seems a way to get a bit more dynamism into the side than Parky's system.
Your probably right on his day he is a match winner, as with Gooch but they both hang on to the ball and loose possession too often, I would like to see them pass it now and again but that might be asking too much. We seem to have too many "strikers" in the squad that cant score enough goals to justify their selection. Thats why I threw up the Leadbitter option. I like to hear other fans ideas even if they improve on mine . A perfect example is Nortons ideas above which sounds fine to me, I'm pig sick of same old same old tried over and over again without any visible improvement, its a thin line though, and always interesting.
