Even if you ignore the penalties, Salah was the only good thing from today. Looked sharp and got involved constantly. Now for the sh!t list...
Hmmmm, What can you say defensively an absolute mess, (Maybe lovren was what held it together) Going forward, scintillating. Salah looks back to his very best
We were not at our best. Defense was all over the place at time, but midfield looked ok and attack was saved by Salah having a blinder, Bobby and Mane were not at their best. But 3 points is 3 points which I will take. Next two games we need to improve a lot!
The irony is, that my originally post was supposed to be wit.....my next post was definitely sarcasm, and yet this ^ LOL.
Well that was fun . So we're back to the "we will outscore" them philosophy with a fully on it Salah but no defence . @Zanjinho after watching that please log in to view this image
Leeds looked dangerous at least against our backline. Didnt they give arsenal a game a few weeks back too? Dont seem too shabby if they continue that form. Though wasnt it Norwich last season in a similar fashion against us?
is far too restrained for such behaviour he will just have a slight smile while sipping a nice cup of tea allegedly
Leeds will struggle this season, similar to Norwich beating City this will be the height of their year. They arnt the best going forward and they are very suspect from set pieces.
Leeds got an awful lot of men forward, and we're really not used to that very often. We're vulnerable in those situations because we're geared to attack. So are they, which is why their defence was just as bad. One of those games - I don't think there will be too many like it.
It's the perfect performance of the Liverpool we know and love; always find a way to win. Out of interest why was Robbo ruled offside for Mané's disallowed goal?
