So either Donald has completely give up and taken what he's been offered or is he keeping some shares to sweeten the deal?

 

The 37 million was to buy 100% of the club and to pay off the 9 million fpp loan and so he can repay parachute payments, if they are the ones buying his 74% with sartori staying that 37 million becomes closer to 20-22 million. Then if he pays back parachute payments he would essentially break even if not he makes about an 10-11 million profit

Ha. Cheers pal. RTG is still a decent place for the best part but last night tipped me over the edge. Vauxie back from a ban, allowed to stir up the pot and spoil threads, then goes and complains about everyone. Mods then issuing warnings and deleted, perfectly acceptable posts. That's not on.

I did have a crack with Pancho who was fine and it wasn't him who was deleting and dishing out warnings. Wouldn't say who though.

End of the day though, it's very easy to see what the issues are over there and who the main protagonists are. Not getting blamed or **** for them. Just not happening.

 

I mainly read and have the occasional post as well as retaining my presence on RTG.

I have to say the way this place is ran is in a different league to RTG which is pretty much lawless.

Well done the MODS and please continue to keep these streets clean.

That may have been the case if Donald could afford to keep us running, but he most likely can’t beyond 12 months.

I’ve been on RTG since 2002 and it’s decline is really starting to show. Same names dragging threads into the gutter and one of the mods in particular is an absolute bell. I know 2 of the other mods personally and they are sound.

 

That's what I cannot understand, I am most certainly not in the know about a takeover, but I thought it was common knowledge that Donald is not that rich and could not afford to run the club... That is why he would sell, rather than keep on diminishing his own funds?

I am fine. She is trying to get on with things but unfortunately, the process is not complete and is having to take medical intervention to move things along. Won't go into detail but it's not going to be great.

Everyone has some **** going on in their lives. I have found that it's good to be respectful, where possible. Some are out just to troll and WUM. Then, they get the treatment. Like Vauxie last night. Who then couldn't handle getting owned, then went crying to the mods. It's pathetic.
