    Let's hope that first half performance is repeated - and bettered - throughout the season. A vast improvement on last season, apart maybe from the Liverpool game.

    That was rumour couple of weeks back, nothing progressed as of yet. Thought Southampton had a pretty stable front line? so he probably would not be guarenteed a starting place every week, if he was fit.

    Have I got it wrong.... I thought Welbeck was on a gets-paid-if-he-plays contract with us. And, IMO, clubs are going to be very wary about signing contracts until they see if crowds can come back - a weird transfer window indeed.
