Best one I have seen was at a Little Richard concert in Germany in the early 1960s. For some reason they always insert it in documentaries about rock and roll in England. The audience reduce the stage to matchwood then start on the piano despite the police using long batons in a way ours wouldn't. I remember my dad saying after seeing it that it was certainly better than what the Germans of that age were getting up to between 19309 and 1945.
