Welcome to the 13th season of The Spurs Prediction League. A close end to our last season finished when Blue and White** became only the second player to collect a second star. What none of us knew last season is that there would be a large mid season gap of no football and the season would finish with games being played in an empty stadium. This new season will begin in empty stadiums and will hopefully end with full ones, but who knows in this ever changing world. All are welcome to take part in the prediction league, I only ask that if you do start you keep predicting until the end. The overwhelming majority of our players do just that, making the game an interesting and sometimes exciting addition to match days. Only your first prediction for each game will count, no revisions will be accepted for any reason. 2. Your prediction must be made before the kick-off, if you are 1 minute past the start of the game (as shown by your post time) it will not be counted. BEWARE the not606 clock MAYBE SLOW/FAST and this is the clock you are timed by. 3. Whilst I will make every effort to calculate your score correctly it is your responsibility to check your score and advise me of any error. 4. The league will be split into Divisions according to the number of participants. Each league will be no more than 20 positions. Promotion and Relegation will take place throughout the season according to your points total. 5. Your prediction should include the following; The score of both teams and the names of the Spurs goalscorers. 6. You can place your prediction any time following publication of the match thread but remember if you leave it late, waiting for team announcements, you risk missing the kick-off deadline. 7. The predictions are for PL games only. 8.
