I remember many years ago coming back from the south of France we stopped off in Paris for a Chinese meal you could have knocked me down with a feather when the waiter started talking in french didn’t seem right somehow
Regarding Tyler Roberts. Does anyone think that at 21 he seems to be getting a lot of injuries. It's a pity because I thought that he had turned a corner and was starting to show his true potential.
that was the problem mate, he turned the corner and his ankle. Or walked into a cupboard not seen anything from Tyler Roberts other than the odd few minutes or the odd game. Cannot string 2 good performances together and is constantly injured. Sell fast as we overpaid for him too. We bigges him up saying he could be a No10 no evidence, he can play wing again no evidence and not a patch on Bamford up front so for me, but its my opinion, sell
His injury will be managed carefully and if we can get maybe 20 games out of him or even just use him off the bench he's well worth keeping imo. Very skilful player, and can't be on that much relatively speaking. Only cost £3m.
I think Roberts is a talented lad and has 'premier league' touch. His goals record as a striker for us isn't terrible. As a 10 he's looked really good in open games (like when we drubbed west brom the season before last), but has lacked the guile to break sides down when it's attack v defence - which was the norm for us for the last 2 seasons. He was a bit disappointing last year i felt, but got the task of playing the first half against fresh defences so Pablo could come on against tired ones. Maybe he'd have looked better had it been the other way round. I'd keep him, he's young - though injuries an obvious concern. If we have signed enough players ahead of him, maybe a loan stint?
it's a fckng outrage - i hope you complained 2p, how are you supposed to order if the cnts don't have the decency to speak english
