Question. I'm still undecided on Rodrigo. I don't even know where he will play. I've googled him and it seems he plays up top in the Bamford role for the most part. Also capable of playing out wide where we already have Harrison, Costa, Poveda, Dallas, Hernandez, Alioski and a host of youngsters. Where will he play for Leeds? Is he a Bamford upgrade? Do we still need a goalscorer?
I am not going to diss Ben White. He played a very important part of where we are this season and I’ll be ever grateful to him for that. The club knew the situation when we took him on loan so Brighton have only done what they have the right to do. We move on and hope our new boy is even more successful.
You beat me to it. Ben did a great job job for us and marcelo did a really great job in making him the player he is. Brighton owned him and it was their right to refuse the sale. I would have been well pleased if he had joined us and get the feeling that he wanted to be here. But we have moved on and have a cb who appears to be in the same mould as white but more experienced, an international and a lot cheaper than what Brighton value White. I would wish Ben all the best and look forward to seeing how Koch handles himself.... Oooer.
At least Wayne Rooney has backed Kalvin by saying Englands weakest are is midfield and we only have Henderson and Rice and Phillips will push them all the way for a place in the team.
