How are you going to get in and out of your seat and stick to the rules on social distancing? You normally have to squeeze past people already on the row. Whatever they put in place it won't be enforceable. If someone needs the toilet does the whole row have to move first?

I am on the extremely vulnerable list and would be a goner if I contracted it. However I have been venturing out and would for a couple of weeks and would not feel vulnerable in a quarter full stadium.
You seem to object to the club upholding the terms of the agreement you signed up to. Good job we don't have to pay up front like a lot of other clubs.

I suppose if they opened the full ground then it's surprising how many you could get in a block. I don't know how many rows there is to a block but say they was 25 and you had two bubbles of 5 at each end of the block then 10 to a row times 25= 250 times 11 blocks( East stand) then 11 times 250= 2750. I know you won't always get bubbles of 5 so you can reduce the numbers, also if you are a group at the end of a row then the group behind and in front would obviously be further in on the row. It's just an example that if they wanted to use the full 25000 seater stadium then you can fit a few thousand in well spaced out.

Same reason as I had one?Only trouble was you had loads wanting to get past you being at the end. I could set my watch with one bloke and his son. 16.37 he would get up and leave whether we were winning, going for a winner or an equaliser.

    That is a weird behaviour.
Actually as we’re on a short row of 4 above an entrance that isn’t an issue either.

A problem for clubs that sell out their home allocation. It will cause ructions whatever they do. I was talking to a young Portsmouth fan in the pub who had come up to see some lads he was at uni with.
He always ought a season ticket because he said, hey that is what fans do, even if you can't get to many matches. Needless to say had a decent conversation with him. He said Pompey had come up with a good scheme for this season.I looked it up and it does seem a decent scheme.Though no doubt we would have some objecting to paying £25 up front. https://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/...ise-over-sensible-flexi-season-ticket-2939258

Best laugh was hearing his Liverpool "supporting" mate say **** as Bayern stuck their 7th goal in . I asked him what was up with him.He said he had a bet on at great odds for Bayern winning 6-2.

I was on one of those for a season. Very good. The other seasons I was on a full row last block in East Stand at South Stand end. Irritating seeing the congestion as people rushed away no matter the state of the game.

I did have a problem. I emailed the club. They got back to me. We reached a mutually beneficial agreement. If the terms were so tight they wouldn't have given any concessions would they? Plus the difference is that at other clubs there would have been the CHOICE to pay up front. Fans could have chosen not to without paying for 2 months of nothing first.

Good for you venturing out and being willing to go to a stadium. Some people need to do stuff like that, I don't. I'm enjoying life right now. I hope you are too.

All stadium seats are to be replaced with commodes... no issue.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the 6,600 is already inflated by 20% and the real number being closer to 5k than 7k.

If they hadn't paid they would not have had pass and no guarantee of retaining their seat hen things return to normal. Sunderland had to stop applications as they had reached 12,000.
Norwich have a 12 month direct debit scheme. I bet not many stop paying theirs - they have sold out for the last 10 seasons including time in League One. Some places are more of a football city than others and therefore have fanbases which make the more attractive to buyers.
Cardiff have announced they will not any refunds even if every game is played behind closed doors or if the season is curtailed.
As I put in another post Portsmouth have a good scheme https://www.portsmouth.co.uk/sport/...ise-over-sensible-flexi-season-ticket-2939258 but no doubt you, and others, would have objected to paying £25 up front.

That's nice. I really don't care about what other clubs are doing, nor do I care about having the random arguments you're trying to pick either.

Simply put, I doubt I will want to go to a game at all this season. I'll probably be back next season if it's safe to do so.

    Have a nice day.

Unfortunately I do not think it will be safe enough for you to consider going even next season. I think there will be restrictions around for some time. Due to mainly young people thinking they can do what they want and stuff everyone else.

It's not all young people, my daughter and her pals are very conscientious about observing the guidance, in so far as the guidance is clear and unequivocal... I reckon there are loads of middle-aged folk around who also don't like being told what to do when it doesn't suit them. See photos of families on Bournemouth beach, walking in Wales, etc.

    Buckets
You’ll all be given the option to buy buckets full of ice and bottles of beer (6 bottle minimum...that’s why they’ve been asking about beer bubbles) so when the beer is finished you can piss in the bucket instead of squeezing past people.
    Confirmed at the supporters committee.
    Quite a good idea really.

Daft as it sounds don't be surprised to something on those lines introduced when rugby league starts again. The bars will be shut for football but you can be rest assured heaven and earth will be moved to keep the concession that allows the egg chasers to consume alcohol in their seats whilst watching the game. Not sure about pissing in the buckets though. Probably just piss at the back of the stand as usual.
