He wasn't charged with anything to do with that ... it was all the stuff with the old bill...they are claiming the old bill beat them. They better have proof if they are gonna use that as a defence cos the Greek courts tend to completely back their old bill when it comes to "he said she said" ****. I have no idea if he is guilty but there is no way I would be going back for a second fight with them...this will never effect him in life but a retrial could be a ****ing disaster for him. Should be easy to prove either way. I’m giving the lad the benefit of the doubt. Met him a few times in his Hull days. Seemed like a decent kid. If he is lying then he should be sacked imo.

No idea mate. For all we know, it could be one of the reasons they were looking to stall the trial. A lot more to come from this I reckon.
