You missed the east Lancs road Tunns. And if you want a proper river, you can't beat the Medlock. ****ing beaut of a watercourse.
Considering his devotion to our '77 cup winning side I'm also gobsmacked he missed Steve Coppell. I was thinking John Gidman myself, ledge that he is (for the hairdo).
The true Liverpudlian team with real Liverpudlian fans will win on Saturday. Everton 2-1 Liverpool I'm MUFCOK on a different account. I am banned from the Liverpool board so I have created another username just to post on here.. Remind you of somebody on here?
ah the mighty mersey that flows away through Greater manchester beforew emptying into the sewer ....... i mean liverpool.
ah I was in hurry. and my musical obsession over rode my train of thought ..... anyway yes stevie c. (see what i've done there) goes with out saying as the best thing to come from merseyside, far above the fab 4 ....hail the fab 1
He's as awesome as ever. I think you're just underestimating quite how great the M62 and Eric's are. And the Manchester Ship Canal is the Lionel Messi of ship canals
We do have a river. It's called the Mersey and it starts in Stockport. In fact, amusingly enough, the course of the Mersey actually flows as close to OT as it does to Anfield. I drove over the Mersey on the way to the cinema on Tuesday. So we're not only satisfied with taking your league title record, we're also taking your river And real cities are the ones where a single river just isn't enough - the city's so awesome that it needs a canal as well. And a ring road. All the best cities have ring roads.
The Mersey flows from Cheshire before it enters Liverpool,we also the Leeds Liverpool Canal,And as Liverpool is on the coast a total Ring Road is not an option so a partial Ring Road(Queens Drive)is in existance.
.... and don't forget big **** off flyovers named after the indigenous folk! as in The Mancunian Way. ..... does liverpool have a "scouse lane"? nah I didn't think so - losers!
Actually no - the River Bollin marks the boundary between Cheshire and Greater Manchester and the Mersey is north of the Bollin until the two meet near Warburton for a nice bit of toast. And Sydney and St Petersburg are on the coast but still have full ring roads. A real city would never use being on the coast as an excuse...
They may not have a scouse lane, but they do have a road that sums up everything Liverpool is about... please log in to view this image And that's not forgetting the mighty Slag Lane out in St Helens
