No I don’t personally. I’d be interested to know the personal stories of those who did if they feel they can share.

He wasn't good enough, but he was a player used to playing at RB at a time when we had no right backs. Not to even have had him in the matchday squad? It wasn't like we were protecting a material transfer fee.
Says everything about this basket case club and manager... we had no RB. We had one that wasnt part of future plans and he didnt use him to stop an injury...
I know someone who got Covid. He had a really good level of fitness as he runs marathons and half marathons frequently. It made him lethargic and he could only manage to stay awake about 5 hours a day for a period of 3 weeks or so. Even now 2 months on he still feels breathless during light exercise. He’s not sure his fitness levels pre virus will return to normal.
Wife and I both had classic symptoms during first week of lockdown. Wife had it worse but it passed quickly and had no taste or smell for about 3 weeks. For about 2 months after, she would just randomly crash in the afternoons and would end up in bed at about 3pm right through till the morning. I had less severe symptoms (lethargy, cough) but couldn't shake it for a month. 4 months on I still get out of breath easily and my snoring has gotten worse which means my sleep is disturbed. The death toll, however it is interpreted is bad but the longer term effects of this disease will be with us for years. If we only had it mildly if hate to think what we'd feel like if we'd been hospitalized.
My Granddaughters 20 year old boyfriend got it , no symptoms except loss of smell and taste, chap he worked with, 35 years old died of it. Thankfully Granddaughter didn't get it and was tested 3 times.
I think Covid varies from patient to patient. Some have it really bad others not so. Seemingly fit and healthy people that are young can have the virus as bad as anyone. Be careful out there.
I know people who've had it (suspect I had a mild case early on) but thankfully no one I know well has passed, an interesting point of context on CV death tolls, is that there have been more excess deaths in 5 months this year than there were deaths during the entirety of the Blitz.
My stepson(30), who works in a hospital in Manchester, tested positive with an antibody test, meaning he has had it. He remembers feeling a bit rough for a few days but that was it. Lucky I guess. We know of one person who has died with it. They were 80 odd and in poor health prior to catching it.
Yes. 2 parents of pupils I teach/have taught. 1 was in his 50s and had underlying health conditions. One was early 40s and ran the london marathon last year; fit as a fiddle.
