That go slow is far worse than a ban by the way. I know because I've been on the end of both, several times. It is ****ing infuriating
When you get banned, you're like 'ah well, just give this place a break for a few days' when you're on a go slow, you can read all the **** folk are saying about you but you can't respond to it in time.
