How is MSD/FPP loaning club's money any different from a bank? They've not taken any shares in any of the club's so not sure how they've broken any rules?
I hope so mate, I wasn't sure if Furhmanns involvement would be taken into account ? I realise these guys are big hitters financially, but as SAFCDRUM states " We are Sunderland "
They are not registered with the banking regulator so the rules are different. I'm not knowledgeable regarding financial affairs but someone on here will put us straight marra...
Right fellas, I've come to the personal conclusion that this is not going to happen. I think it's a lot of fart and no ****. @Magnus @Smug in Boots best of luck boys I hope what you claim turns out to be true but I am not allowing myself to be sucked in anymore than already. Nothing personal towards you both or not that I dont believe you, just my own feeling towards the situation. That's me out guys. In the back of my mind I have hope I can be proved wrong.
here's a positive then, i bet you 50 bob i can piss higher up the lavy wall than you, and no i'm not 7 foot tall,
"In the back of my mind I have hope I can be proved wrong." Ah yes, the inevitable caveat of someone making a 'definitive' statement. "I think we'll get hammered today ... ... but no one will be more pleased than me if I'm wrong." And you got a 'like' from guess who
"GOSSIP" This has been texted to me by someone I know well but I can't get anyone to confirm it, hence the disclaimer. This reminds me of the Harvey Weinstein situation where more and more people seem to be giving info. (Not that I'm comparing the two people!) This lad said Donald blew up, last week, when someone close to him mentioned him losing a million a month at the moment. He says the pressure is really getting to him now whereas he's previously tried to appear blasé about the situation. The upshot is that there's a simple equation in full sway. The longer Donald holds on the more money he can lose ... or make. If he clings on, for a while, the 'buyers' know he's losing money so the pressure builds. If he stays, and doesn't sell, he's going to have to back himself to do what he's previously failed to do, twice. He's previously had the support behind him as well as the parachute money, this time he'd be isolated and fully in the firing line. Word around the camp fire is that he's finally cracked and desperately wants out, to the point where he'd rather lose money than tough it out. The tension is getting to us all, me included ... it must be getting to Donald.
Sounds like the proverbial gambler who's down to his last gambling chip and still chasing that last big pay day
I've said the same for a while. Each week he loses money. Fact. Also has no valuable players to sell either
That's what worries me, remember the Grigg saga when the clock was ticking, just hope he goes the other way this time and admits defeat.
