It's still relative.... Income may have been higher, but costs were too. In fact it could be easier to spend now as the cap prevents those previously willing to overspend, to do so. Our strong financial shape on comparison to others means we can, they can't.
There’s a player in Lopes but I will be amazed if he goes to the Prem. he should some serious quality sometimes, other times he couldn’t pass the ball five yards.
I often observed his concentration drifting as well, especially in the last 3-4 matches. Things sometimes just happened around him and he didn't react.
If he goes to a prem team, then I'm almost certain he'll head straight out on loan to the championship
