It's okay. Wouldn't say awful. Palace are lucky in that whatever they do with their designs, their kits will be unique in the Prem cos the colour combo. They've got the badge right on these designs. Our new kits would look great without the big shield behind the badge.

I was in London all day yesterday, and although I was on top of hydrating myself, my pee still resembled toothpaste by the time I got home.

True fact, not that you wanted to hear it, but true enough :emoticon-0126-nerd:

In my humble opinion you should seek medical advice.

Either that, or change your toothpaste brand...

Yep. Makes you think so much. Jaw dropping actually and not what I expected.

Saddam was a tyrant but would as many died and the rise of the Taliban & ISIS have happened if we had just left alone. Yes it is a case of I'm alright jack, but who are we to interfere with another country? Maybe it is a case of better the devil you know.

Also makes me realise how if you are going to do a job do it. Don't just start it with no idea of how it's going to end. Created the perfect storm for terrorism against the west.

Never looked at it from that perspective before.

I haven’t seen the programme yet but it’s an acknowledged fact that
    a) Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11 or Al-Qaeda
    b) Saddam never had weapons of mass destruction
    c) What weapons he did have were sold to him mostly by Britain and the USA
    d) Regime change in Iraq was possibly the worst strategic move since France didn’t prevent Hitler occupying the Rhineland in 1936
    e) Saddam was an unmitigated bastard but he was maintained in power by selling oil for arms

Having said that, please can we move this conversation to the Politics Thread?

On the return of fans, it seems like clubs are going to have customised plans depending on the layout of their stadium. Spurs, for example, will be able to open a lot more of their facilities than an old ground like Everton’s. Interesting that in Germany they’ve already voted for these to be blanket rules: no booze, no away fans, no standing and personalised tickets.
