Now that is 3 great questions, do we want it ? are we prepared to finance it? who says? who ever we appoint as manager will surely answer all those questions. Holden, Hughton or a suprise name.
I want us to get there - even if we get relegated the following season - just to be able to say we did it.
Tough one this, I've said on here many times, I hate the PL and all it stands for, as in my eye's it has ruined the game in this country. Yet year on year I want us competing to be there, and I wonder if that is also enough for SL, to just be in contention, as the cost of getting there can cripple clubs. Maybe SL wants to get us there, put us in the shop window and sell up, who knows?? The national and international exposure of the club would be the biggest advantage in us going up, we may even have City tagged on to our name when they talk about us, instead of just Bristol.. imagine that.......
From Day 1 I wanted Paul Cook - got very excited when he resigned at Wigan - now I'm ................ well lets stick with underwhelmed Of course it could all be paper talk!! (I live in hope)
Personally I don’t care who is in charge as long as we play enjoyable football, I want to be entertained, not watch negitive sideways backwards football, just hope they only give Holden a one year deal if reports are correct.
