Well we’ve all seen the problems at NewCastle who are trying to get the sale of the club over the line. This fiasco has gone on since before lockdown and now the buyers have told the Premier League to fk off and I dont blame them. There are at least 3 major issues that Prem board members are concerned about yet only talk about piracy due to Saudi not stopping BinSport streaming illegals broadcasts. Some members talk about human rights but if the British Government sell them arms why can the Prem complain about human rights? Its all bollox and I believe Saudis would be really good owners in football. Too much politics involved and too many incompetent people in football.

Name me a Saudi owned football club in trouble? Exactly. Now name me a Chinese owned football club who isnt in trouble? Ok I will Wolves is well run even though the owners are Chinese, but come on lets think about Villa and many clubs where Chinese are involved and all you get is a money laundering porn empire with a bit of white slavery and people smuggling thrown in yet funnily enough nobody falks about it? Why?

China for me need kicking out of the UK in total and I have spent time in Hong Kong and loved it but anyone who thinks these commie twats are good for football, commerce, business, health or anything else need their heads banging

What we need is a complete import ban on all Chinese goods and make them over here
Ok they will cost more but in the long run worth it

I’ve never been a great fan of Chinese food and since Covid and hearing it comes from their wet markets and seeing the terrible images of how they treat dogs before killing them to eat I’ve decided that’s it for me in regards to Chinese food. I prefer Indian anyway <ok>

Chinese owned clubs in 2018 saw problems at Southampton, with Northampton, Barnsley WBA and Villa all relegated and in the case of Birmingham done for FFFP rules as well as Northampton and club chairman jailed. Also saw Reading collapse once the parachute payments had dried up.

Err how many clubs are owned by Saudi's though. I can only think of Sheffield United.

WBA just got promoted with Chinese owners, Hull just got relegated with Egyptian part owners.

Do I agree that Middle Eastern owners appear to be able to run a football club more securely than Chinese owners, then overall I would say yes, but we had our own Middle Eastern owners, that weren't exactly great.

At the end of the day, if we are going to judge who can own a football club purely on their country of nationality, then I wouldn't allow the Chinese, the Russians, any number of Middle Eastern countries, plus others if I thought about it be involved in football.Unfortunately those are the countries that appear to have the money to burn.

Think thats about it over here mate and they are doing a fine Job with the Blunts, but when you look at how thenother Mid East countries are doing in club ownership you have the Qataris owning PSG the Emirates and Man City all doing a good job but the Chines and some people around the Asian continent like Shinawatra and a couple more from there that bankrupted clubs.look at Wigan FFS one Chinese owner with a gambling habit loses millions at poker so gives the club to another Chinese bloke who hates football so puts the club into administration and writes off £40m why? Corruption in Asia is rife as no honour except for Japan. Seems the Saudis, Bharainis, Qataris and Gulf states have plenty unless you are a bent bank GFH a bank with no money and no customers. The Saudis have a Sovereign Wealth Fund and thats what was buying Newcastle....

5uSport brought a 60% stake in Northampton but restrictions meant the board had to buy it back. I get where you are coming from about Chinese owners but they put the money in, Jimmy Floyd was manager, he brought in nine new players and they performed piss poor. The board brought the Chinese back out

Worse for Northampton was the previous Chairman Cordoza who borrowed 10.25m from the council to improve the ground. Building work had hardly started and the cash had vanished, huge embarrassment for our local council
