Pretty impressive somehow that (according to the submitted answers) more than half of the members on this board are 54+.
We had Papa's from Willerby the other day, click and collect. The curry sauce is slightly richer and sweeter than normal chippie curry sauce but mostly tastes similar to how it should be. The haddock was lovely though. Better than previous purchases from there. I really like their patties too. Quite dense, lots of sage.
Their pricing is always very competitive, if they keep their quality high, as they do in Cleggy (another town with great chippies) they'll do just fine in Whitby.
Indeed. The best chippy in Whitby is not on the tourist circuit and is an independent family owned business.
