There's a long history of people in positions of authority of all political hues being accused of improper sexual conduct, but the allegations seem to be investigated for political gain, rather than as any serious attempt to address it.. The delays and obfuscation of the inquiry makes it even more shameful. It looked bad before, but some say that it, along with bullying, increased in Bercow's tenure.

It needs a no holds barred wholly independent inquiry, with those found guilty punished accordingly or it leaves them all tainted by the gossipy fish wives.

As one or two of the less mentally able seem to have struggled with that simple quote, I'm saying a full inquiry should take place into the sexual abuse and bullying allegations and this should not be along party political lines.

So an investigation into allegations of rape by a Tory MP should be directed at other parties’ MPs? Why?

    :emoticon-0138-think Looks like daft lad's uncomfortable again.:emoticon-0118-yawn:

ALL the allegations, including the historic ones that have been swept under the carpet, should be fully investigated, independent to and irrespective of political persuasion.

You think that'll draw attention away from the current case of a Tory MP charged with rape? That must be your intention, not sure it's going to work. Keep trying though.

"Don't look at the rapist MP; look under the carpet..."

:emoticon-0138-think:emoticon-0138-think daft lad is still clearly uncomfortable and trying to shift the topic. It's as though he's got something to hide.

For the benefit of the desperately dull and uncomfortable. If ALL are fully investigated, it doesn't detract from any current bullies or perverts who will hopefully be dealt with accordingly if the investigation and trial finds them guilty.

Eurostat economic figures for the second quarter of 2020 show that Europe saw its deepest and most sudden economic collapse in history.

If European economic activity remains at similar levels for the rest of 2020, Europe will see an economic crash more severe than any year in the Great Depression of the 1930s.

You can't discuss Boris lying to the Queen, for instance, without discussing Simon De Montfort and his relationship with Henry III. Well actually, you probably could if you were not simply trying to deflect away from Boris' behaviour.
