Him and Sess are the most naturally talented players ive ever seen for us. Both were right miserable tw@ts aswell. I met both of them outside the stadium.
I ****ing loved Sess. I was gobsmacked when we signed him I’d seen him playing for PSG a year or so before and he’d took the absolute piss in that game, so I used to buy him on FIFA. Was almost surreal to me when we signed him, he was a phenomenal player. Still folk ripped him to bits though. Mind blowing. He could win a game in a second. He did a few times.
He could and should have played at a higher level than us. A player with the talent he had should have been playing European football every season. He was an absolute snip aswell for 6m.
He missed the bubble at PSG by a couple years, such a shame for him. Their fans absolutely loved him you can see that in 30second YouTube search.
The fact he got done for drink driving when he was injured whilst we were in the middle of a game miles away from where he was gives you a good idea why he ended up signing for us and then WBA instead of top 6 club.
It’s the arrogance of some really isn’t it much like the OP. Not precisely sure who they’d be happy with but a decent released championship player will be a good addition to a league 1 side without doubt

You're right I don't know anything about him but neither do you, when was the last time you watched him consistently. Never I suspect, just taking the words off other fans like we have done before and been disappointed with like scowen to name 1. Read my post and it says will give him a chance. Really don't know why some people only read part of a post just so they can come up with something to attack another poster probably.

Yes I’m disappointed with scowen which is my point, we’ve heard from other fans about how good he was and I was expecting him to be a good player for us but I’m sorry if he couldn’t get into our midfield last season then he can’t be that good. are you happy with a player like that, his job is to force his way into the first team obviously he didn’t so you can’t use “hardly figured in the 1st team” as an excuse I’ll also add again, try reading all the posts and understanding them before jumping in to have a go at other posters
Not having a go at a poster in any way shape of form. I've read the posts. There could be any number of reasons why Scowen didn't make many appearances so to be disappointed in him seems odd. I could understand disappointment if he'd been given a go and been ****e but that's not the case is it? If my memory serves me right he was predominantly signed as cover for left back which is where Hume was playing.
I used him as an example to me answering another poster re listening to other teams fans and how they played for them, scowen came here with good pedigree from these other fans and he’s not done it. I’m sorry but if you feel he hasn’t had an opportunity then he mustn’t have been showing anything in training through the week for Parkinson to trust him in the first team which is by far the worst team I’ve seen in my 50 odd years of supporting us. I’m not having a go just at scowen cause there’s plenty more just as bad.

Millwall nearly made the playoffs this season, so why would getting one of their players be a bad thing?? Ive seen him play a few times before actually, not consistently but enough to know he'll be a good signing for us, unlike you who had probably never heard of him before.
