Seriously though, if they did, what would we say? I think we'd be like 'Oh that's cool, now what's next"?
It's reassuring to know that even though we are obviously in the process of being wiped off the face of the Earth by lizard creatures those few weeks I spent in the Seventies thinking that Erich Von Daniken might actually be right were not completely wasted. So can I be the first to issue a warm welcome to our extraterrestrial overlords?
An alien would be looking for the rulers of the planet, so I doubt they'd bother with mere humans. If they did a life scan on us, they'd find we're more of a mode of transport for other forms of life programmed to serve cats, dogs and other higher life forms.. https://www.wired.com/2004/10/people-are-human-bacteria-hybrid/
Watched it and for a few mins forgot about how **** things are ATM and thought about how good things can be when we push our limits! SpaceX and the whole reusable space exploration stuff is fascinating! I was lucky enough to head to Kennedy space center last year whilst over there with work and spent hours and hours just looking at and reading everything! It's truly mind boggling the things that go into it all and the size of everything
The Saturn 5 rocket laid on it's side in the main hall, WOW when you walk under it starting from the engines at the back and then finally reach the little bit that returns to earth, another WOW moment.
