So my respected friend, is that official that we take Nico and Lewis on loan and buy Rhian for £137.52 (managed to find more donors)? Let me know and send me LFC bank account and security number and will get it done
He is surprisingly strong in the holding position for his size. Takes no **** from burly Championship defenders and gives it back with interest (check out his bookings as a no9)
Use him in the squad. If he gets loaned out again then he's not making it at Liverpool, Klopp doesn't usually loan out players he likes, he prefers to keep them nearby where he can keep a eye on them and help them progress. Only reason he was loaned to you was because he'd had some bad injuries and needed to play at a decent level.
I’d like to see him in the squad but only if he’s gonna get game time. No point keeping him around and only getting 5 games. watched clip of all his goals, lots of volleys/half volleys weirdly, but you can see he’s a diff type of striker from wnything we have. Seems much more of a fox in the box type. Small movements in the box and runs off defenders rather than dropping deep or coming in from wide interestingly you’ve prob seen more of him than most Liverpool fans so interested to hear your thoughts on strengths weaknesses in his game?
PL is a different level and he needs experience at that. However imo, it's equally important - perhaps more so - that loanees go to a club with a similar playing philosophy. The last thing a young player needs is to pick up bad habits at a time when they're really just developing.
He does have this in his game, initially demonstrated at the U17 World cup. He's 20 now, get him on the bench and he will see a good amount of footy next season. Just provides defenders with different problems, lads a talent.
Kind of disagree with you here (i say kind of because i am not sure), i think it helps young players to play in different styles when it comes to the real world. That way they can change their game during a match to suit circumstances if the original/usual plan isn't working. Just an opinion with no facts to back it up.
We loaned out many players, including Seyi Ojo, Harry Wilson, i'm not sure how many of them we can bring to the first team squad. loaning them out seems not to have done the trick.
It's a valid argument, but I still think bad habits can be hard to break and I'd rather see our players coached in a playing philosophy that is at least close to our own.
Could see shak playing a lot more this season If he isn't sold. Wilson and grujic are being offered about I think, hertha want to take the latter twatter says
