    2 things

1-Congrats on a well deserved title to break the Prem hoodoo. Class apart

2- Brewster is a player. I would like to hope that our "little Welsh team" more than fulfilled their side of the loan agreement. Thank you JK.

Not sure he is ready for the Prem considering his lay off prior.

    Do you :

    a) prefer to take him into 1st team squad and think he will get a chance to actually play

    b) loan him to lower Prem where high risk/cost of relegation could mean not playing/ playing the right way regardless of any non-playing penalty fees

    c) loan him back for at least 6months to The Super Swans/manager who knows him/play similar fashion/will start very competitive games

    d) sell him, and if so, how much for?

    Swans wont buy him lol!
We are on a different type of building process.

    Just want your opinion.

17 mill though, I would bite your hand off

If we had managed promo, then that would have tested our boardroom.
Same money Dan James got sold for last year. Very similar story but slight diff stats but purely down to position.
Both tore the Champ a new one from Jan to season end.

The loan to a prem side is the preferred choice (with a guarantee of games) like most of our loan deals recently I believe.

Ive been keeping an eye on him during his loan and he's been very good, scored but belters and some cunning ones too. He's looking confident and gotten some badly needed competitive game time after his Injury last year so its been win win for both clubs and the player.

Hes highly rated by Klopp but for me he still has a physique of a young lad, reminds me of trent in his breakthrough season (skinny and lightweight) but he's since but some muscle on and its helped his game, I believe the same will benefit Brewster in time.

Id be more than happy for him to go back to you next season. Or possibly a prem side with a guarantee of play time which is what the lad needs above all at the moment.

No guarantees in Prem though where even a non play clause means eff all when the managers job is on the line.

Loan back til xmas seems ideal to me....but what the **** do I know!

If someone comes in with 17mill (not us for sure) it could split your faithful. Massive sell on or buy back would be needed imho

Put a pool hat on, Biesla links would be interesting, but having watched his side keenly for 2 years (especially as he turned us down as manager around the Laudrup era), he does not rotate much.
    Less games in Prem.
If he fits...winner. If not, he will go stale and Leeds fans are not known for patience

I'd like us to move Origi on and use Brewster as a sub and in cup games.

Tbh I'd say a lot of us at the moment are in a place where whatever the board and Klopp decide to do, we're good with it.

Funny what a league title can do <laugh>

But they've proven to be very shrewd in regards to recruitment both in and out of the club since klopps arrival.

Id take 17 for him. But like you say what do I know:emoticon-0148-yes:

Im with you on big div, he's just not up to the standard we need now and he also needs to move on to better his own career rather than always be a bit part player for us.

Mans a fukin legend though, never gonna forget that.

Reminds me of Jesus to be fair. Citeh kept him sweet with Aguerro the main man.
Staying with you also mwans guaranteed cup games due to schedule. A side outside top 6 contention have far different schedules and desires.

He popped up with a few crucial goals that season and he'll be remembered for it forever but like you say he's not good enough and we need someone who can come off the bench and get it's a goal at times. I think Brewster fits that.

I'm the same with Shakira, he could move on and Wilson be used in his place, I think both would be an upgrade and at least there's room for improvement from them both.

What with covid and everything else, this is the last thing you need.

I tell you what, having a word with the boys and see if we can get a bid in.

    £112.59 so far?

    ok?

I think he's already an improvment on Origi and if it works out he'll be a good player for us. Nothing to lose by keeping him next season imo.

A serious response to the Covid thing. I don't think it'll have a big impact but we're probably sensible to wait and see. We have a lot of good kids, really good. Might be an idea to wait and see before spending big.

The ones I think are knocking on the door are...

    Williams
    Wilson
    Brewster
    Grujic
    Hoever

That's pretty good as back up imo.

You need a left back? Adam Lewis needs to go and play somewhere.

Personally would prefer not to become feeder ala Crewe of old since to keep afloat and our youth A set up, means we sell our own and pot will run dry
